FBI Special Agent Fox Mulder is assigned to the Violent Crimes Unit. (TXF: "Kill Switch") Soon after he writes a monograph that helps catch serial killer Monty Props. This catch makes Mulder very known in the Bureau as the best analyst in the Violent Crimes section. (TXF: "Pilot")
