Abraham Lincoln
From X-Files Wiki
Abraham Lincoln was the United States President from 1861 to 1865, during the Civil War. The Church of the Red Museum claimed that Lincoln was a "walk-in." (TXF: "Red Museum")
A famous event in Lincoln's life involved the death of his son, Willie Lincoln. Upon Willie's death, Lincoln said:
- Do you ever find yourself talking with the dead? Since Willie's death, I catch myself every day, involuntarily talking with him, as if he were with me. (MM: "The Curse of Frank Black")
In 1997, Lincoln's name appeared on a guestbook at an open house showing in Seattle, Washington. It was considered a forged name, along with Elvis Presley and Muhammad Ali, and focus was placed on the "John Allworth" signature. (MM: "Wide Open")
In 1998, attorney Selwyn Wassenaar commented that Abraham Lincoln would be proud of FBI Special Agent Emma Hollis as she was a woman who had obviously benefited from America's enlightenment in the area of civil rights. (MM: "Antipas")
