Barry Baldwin

Barry Baldwin (played by Peter Outerbridge) was a Special Agent at the FBI. His first major case was heading the investigation of a plane crash, which killed everyone on board. (MM: "The Innocents") In the spring of 1999, Agent Baldwin nearly died from an explosion. On the way to the hospital, though, he was murdered by an ambulance paramedic, who presumably worked with the Millennium Group. (MM: "Goodbye to All That")
