Bill Dow

Bill Dow is a veteran X-Files and Millennium guest star, with his biggest role being Charles Burks, a recurring character he played from 1995 to 2001. He also voiced Burks in the video game The X Files: Resist or Serve.

Since 2001 he has had a recurring role on Stargate SG-1 as Dr. Bill Lee. He has also played the good doctor on that series spin-off series, Stargate: Atlantis. Another recurring role that Dow had was on "Da Vinci's Inquest" as Mayor Russ Hathaway.
