Charles Cioffi

Charles Cioffi (born on October 31, 1935) is an American actor who portrayed Scott Blevins in the The X-Files television series.

He has appeared in many other American shows including Frasier, Chicago Hope, Days of Our Lives and Lois and Clark. He has also made appearances on Broadway.
