Doctor Kevin Scanlon (played by Sean Allen) was a Syndicate-affiliated medical doctor.
In 1996–1997, he was on staff at the Lombard Research Facility in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He also treated the MUFON female abductees who had contracted cancer following their abductions at the Allentown-Bethlehem Medical Center. Over the year, however, each of the women died. Agent Dana Scully visited Penny Northern toward the end of her life, and found out about Scanlon. Scully decided to begin treatment with him as well. Once it was clear that Fox Mulder suspected Scanlon of actually being responsible for the deaths, however, Scanlon disappeared. (TXF: "Memento Mori")
