Zoe was a witness to a UFO sighting in 1992 and, along with her boyfriend Emil, lived to tell FBI Special Agents Mulder and Scully their experiences.
Description of the moving lights[]
Special Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully came to Idaho looking for the missing Lt. Colonel Robert Budahas. During this investigation they went to the air base at night and observed strange lights in the sky. When one of those lights turned out to be helicopter, they saw Emil and Zoe fleeing out of the air base. They came with the Agents to a hamburger joint.
Emil and Zoe were UFO watchers that explained about the UFOs. They had a make out place where they can watch the UFOs within the boundary of the base.
Zoe and Emil gave Mulder directions to the best spot to see UFOs within the base but forgot to warn Mulder of the danger.
