Frank Nollette

Frank Nollette (played by James Sloyan) was a colleague of Dr. Arthur Grable who took credit for Grable's work after his death. He was killed by Grable's mentally sub-normal twin Roland Fuller, who trapped Nollette in a wind tunnel and had him sucked into the fan.
