Gail was a secretary who worked in the Aesthetic Surgery Unit at Greenwood Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
In 1994, Gail was on duty when she received an intercom call from Doctor Mitchell Kaplan, who asked her to delay an ostoplasty he was due to conduct by an hour. Gail replied with the words, "Yes, doctor." (TXF: "Sanguinarium")
