Gary Kane (played by Bob Frazer) was the son of Jay and Beth Kane and the older brother of Stevie Kane. Gary lived in Delta Glen, Wisconsin, where he was unknowingly used as a test subject for Purity Control which he received as "vitamin shots" from the local country doctor, Doctor Larson. He was spied on and kidnapped by his neighbour, Gerd Thomas, who wrote the words "He is One" on his back to warn the locals about the harms of the tests performed on them (TXF: "Red Museum").
