Nurse Innes (played by Nancy Fish) was a nurse at the mental institution where Harold Spuller and Chuck Forsch lived. She attended Spuller and convinced him that his medication was poisonous so that she could easily steal it from him. When Scully confronted Innes after speaking to Forsch, Innes began slashing at her with a scalpel. Scully was cut several times before drawing her pistol and demanded that Innes stop. Innes lunged at Scully, who shot her in the shoulder.
