JJ (played by Vitaly Kravchenko) was the proprietor of JJ's Diner. After word got out that Mulder and Scully believed that The Great Mutato was a hoax and that the town would not be appearing on The Jerry Springer Show, the townspeople turned against the agents. JJ even spat in Mulder's eggs before serving them. Upon introduction, JJ specified that his name had two J's. (TXF: "The Post-Modern Prometheus")
