Japan is an industrialized island nation in northeast Asia and a member of the United Nations. Japan was an aggressor in World War II and sided with the Axis powers.
[edit] Japanese involvement in the Project
A number of Japanese scientists and officials were involved in the conspiracy, including Shiro Zama, aka Ishimaru, a scientist who worked on Unit 731 during world war 2, who was part of the project to create a human alien hybrid. An unnamed Japanese company is apparently involved in the creation of some of the alien neck implants, including the one taken from Dana Scully's neck in Blessing Way. In Anasazi, a U.N. official places a call to Japanese man in response to the hacking of the MJ Documents.
