Jon Steffan

Jon Steffan (played by William Nunn) was a General in the US Army. While en route to Washington, D.C. for a re-dedication of the Vietnam War veterans' memorial, he was shot in the head at point-blank range by Nathaniel Teager. (TXF: "Unrequited")
