Karen Ann Philiponte

Karen Ann Philiponte was a young girl who was stalked and murdered by John Lee Roche in July of 1974. She lived in East Amherst, New York. Roche located her after attempting to sell her mother an Electrovac Argosy vacuum cleaner. After killing Karen Ann, Roche cut out a heart from her clothing as a souvenir. (TXF: "Paper Hearts")
