Laurie Holden (born 17th December, Los Angeles, California) is an american/canadian actress who portrayed Marita Covarrubias in The X-Files. She's the daughter of actors Glenn Corbett (aka Larry Holden) and Adrienne Ellis. When she was five, her parents divorced, and her mother married director Michael Anderson. She starred her carreer as a child, when she plays Rock Hudson's daughter to the mini-series "The Martian's Chronicles" (1980).
Other notables roles on television include "Young Catherine" (1991) (co-starred Julia Ormond and Vanessa Redgrave), "The Magnificent Seven" (1998-2000), "The Shield" (2008), "The Walking Dead" (2010-2013) and "The Americans" (2017).
She starred also in several movies : The Majestic (2001) and Dumb & Dumber To (2014) (co-starred Jim Carrey), Fantastic Four (2005), Silent Hill (2006), The Mist (2007) and Pyewacket (2017).
