Lucius Hartwell

Lucius Hartwell (played by Luke Wilson) was a vampire who held the position of Sheriff in Chaney, Texas until February 1998. He did not have buckteeth.

He was disappointed with Ronnie Strickland, whose behavior Hartwell thought made his kind look bad, as he was devoted to the old ways. In Fox Mulder's recollection of the events that transpired in Chaney, he presented Hartwell as a bucked-toothed man, who Dana Scully was infatuated with. (TXF: "Bad Blood")
