  • Thank you for all the great work on the latest episode page. Just a few issues. Episodes should have quotations around them and series and movie titles should be italicized. Like this.

"Mulder and Scully Meet the Were-Monster"
    The X-Files
The X-Files: I Want to Believe

    Keep up the great work.

  • Just wanted to say that I really like your profile picture. I am also in the Supernatural fandom besides X-Files, and it's nice to see some other Supernatural fans (and X-Files, of course).

What is your favorite episode of X-Files and Supernatural if you don't mind me asking?
I don't mind at all. I have more than one favorite (pretty much all the monster of the week specials) but I really like 2Shy. What about you?

2Shy is a good one. It's one of those creepy episodes. Those are always the most memorable. I would say any episode with Tooms would be the creepiest, but then i would be forgetting Home. I can't forget Home. I still find myself crying in the fetal position in the corner whenever Wonderful Wonderful starts playing. No not really, but Home is the creepiest episode of the show. It could be put up there with creepiest episode of any show really.

X-Files actually was the first television show to EVER attain a TV-MA rating on a television episode, and guess which one that was? Yep, Home. Plus, Home was banned from being played on Fox more than it's original premiere date. It really shows how disturbing this episode was. I think part of the reason I love 2Shy and Home is the way its independent and not resolved and never will be; leading our imaginations to wander. That's awesome show writing skill right there. The same can be said for Supernatural, since I really love the independent episodes like Yellow Fever and The French Mistake (both friggin amazing episodes).

I knew about Home, but I only found out when I went to Imdb and The X-Files was rated TV-MA and I did some research and Home which is just one episode gave The X-Files a TV-MA rating on Imdb.

The thing that gets me is by today's standards it is still creepy, but tame compared to some things.
