[edit] Summary
SUMMARY
[edit] Background Information
- The character of Nurse Owens was named after writer Glen Morgan's grandmother.
- This was the first episode filmed after Gillian Anderson gave birth to her first child. She spent much of her time on the set lying on tables or beds in a hospital gown. Occasionally, she would fall asleep between takes while filming these scenes.
- This episode was supposed to be produced after "Ascension", however it was not ready to shoot at the time, therefore "3" was produced instead as an extra episode, resulting in a 25 episode season rather than the standard 24.
