SETI

SETI is the abbreviation for the Civilian Project Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence. In the 1990's SETI collaborated with NASA on the High Resolution Microwave Survey before the project was shutdown by Senator Richard Bryan (TXF: "Little Green Men").
