Stephen McHattie played the Red-Haired Man in The X-Files episodes "Nisei" and "731".
McHattie has had recurring roles on Kojak, Seinfeld and LEXX. He has also provided the voice for a recurring character on the animated series, Justice League of America, and appeared in a popular episode of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
