Yves Adele Harlow, real name Lois Runce, was a mysterious hacker who often worked with the Lone Gunmen from 2000 to 2002. (TLG: "Pilot"; TXF: "Jump the Shark")

Her pseudonym was an anagram for "Lee Harvey Oswald." (TLG: "Pilot")

Although she is very protective about her true identity and previous life, there are still a few people who know more than she would like them to. In 2001, Agent Blythe of the CIA reveals that she knows at least who she is, and that she is a britsh citizen, although it is not revealed exactly how much she knows, or how she recieved this information. In 2002, while working for her father, Morris Fletcher reveals her real name to the Lone Gunmen, who do not believe him until Jimmy Bond confirms it by stating the same name, having spent a year tracking her. Again, it is not known exactly how much Fletcher knows about her, but it can be safely assumed that he acquired all his information from her father. (TXF: "Jump the Shark")

Yves was mostly the antithesis to the Gunmen, as she was almost always one step ahead of them in all of their "adventures." In the early episodes, she was more adversarial to the Gunmen, and would only help them if she could somehow benefit herself. In the later episodes, she became more friendly, particularly after forming an awkward relationship with Jimmy Bond. Yves disappeared after the final episode of the show, and what happened to everyone was never explained in great detail, though for the years she was gone, Jimmy apparently followed her throughout Europe until she came back to the Washington area in order to kill two men who had developed a bioweapon and planned to unleash it on the city.

Yves was one of the only people to make an appearance at the Gunmen's funeral.

Yves Adele Harlow was portrayed by Zuleikha Robinson.
